they call it an "ice cream social." free ice cream in the lobby. they were playing "runaround sue" by dion and the belmonts. i felt stupid getting my cup of chocolate ice cream. jason asks, "what kind of building has an ice cream social?" the kind that likes to keep tenant morale high.
