since red bull and cocaine isn't a viable option, the (more) healthy alternative that works (!):
-NO BREAD
-low fat yogurt for breakfast and snack
-coke zero in place of regular coke (if you're a caffeine addict)
-lots of veggies, fruits, nuts
-ankle/wrist weights
-laxatives after every meal

NO BREAD?! aw man, how do you do it? It's so hard cutting bread for me, soooo hard!

it's really hard, definitely, but i'm used to it by now. and yeah my butthole burns, too, hahahaha
