i don't get why people follow the sartorialist. i personally am not impressed by their "design influence" or the styles they take photos of. i guess if i were a rich, uppercrust socialite i'd understand the appeal of looking at other rich, uppercrust socialites. but since i'm not, the facehunter blog works for me. facehunter has a more proletariat approach to fashion and hosts pictures of street people as well as rich people with more emphasis on creativity and color scheme than the sartorialist, which seems so sectarian in their choice of people and style.
the sartorialist is taking photographs of people who shop at barneys, whereas facehunter is taking photographs of the people who inspire the designers who put their clothes in barneys.
